Be Smooth Naked – Cocoa Butter Body Cream
Well we all know that chocolate makes you happy so lift your spirits and quench your body with this deliciously scented cream from Naked. It gives long lasting moisture and protection and is at least 97% natural. But the best thing about this one is the price.

Origins Ginger Souffle Whipped Body Cream
This has been a Daisy Green team favourite for ages and you may have spotted it on the site before. Well sorry to go on, but it is absolutely lush! It smells of sweeties, is rich and creamy, melts into the skin with no tackiness and even the name is irresistible. We just can’t get enough.

The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter
There’s a reason why 22 Body Shop Body Butter’s are sold every minute. And why celebs like Victoria Beckham and Elle Macpherson are partial to it despite having the cash to buy far more expensive concoctions. It is a gift to thirsty skin giving lasting hydration (my dry-skinned friends swear by it). It comes in 12 different ‘flavours’ but we love the classic coconut. Tropical heaven.
From £12.20 for 200ml from thebodyshop.co.uk or from The Body Shop stores

Figs & Rouge Body Lotion with Organic Marigold and Mandarin
The mandarin fragrance of this zesty cream cascades from the bottle the moment the lid comes off. Light and easily absorbed, it’s ideal for normal or combination skin. The exotic packaging design is reminiscent of Toulouse Lautrec’s colourful, theatrical Paris and will brighten the dullest boudoir. Bursting with character.

Liz Earle Nourishing Botanical Body Cream
Something about the spicy, herbal fragrance of this cream makes it the most soothing of all the moisturisers we tried. It’s packed with beneficial ingredients including echinacea, vitamin E, Beta-Carotene, rosewood and rose-scented geranium. Comfort food for the skin.

NEOM Everyday Calm and Nourish Organic Body Cream Lotion
How could we resist the lure of precious sapphires? The blurb says they’re known for their powerful calming, harmonizing benefits as well as aiding mental focus and energy. This one also contains over 94% organic ingredients including green mandarin, ylang ylang and vitamin A packed carrot oil. Light and quickly absorbed, it left my skin super soft. Beautiful fragrance. Pretty bottle. My top choice.

Aveda Replenishing Body Moisturiser
Gorgeous consistency – glides on and melts into the skin pretty much instantly. A gentle but invigorating fragrance that is great for smoothing all over after stepping out of the morning shower. This is recommended for dry skin but I found it wasn’t too rich for my ‘normal’ skin. With meadowfoam and sea kelp extract.
£19.57 for 250ml from aveda.co.uk
Natural Empathy Everybody Hand and Body Lotion
The finest quality organic essential oils go in to this silky lotion. And the extra virgin rapeseed oil (grown on the doorstep of the Northumberland-based family company that makes it) is cold pressed to retain maximum vitamin content. For a light lotion it is surprisingly nourishing and the scent is deeply luxurious. Very indulgent.
