daisygreenmagazine.co.uk are hosting their first charity Christmas Fayre and Fashion show to aid local charities.

On 29 October 09, the Daisy team will be entertaining the north east with their largest fayre and fashion show to date.

The Derwent Manor Hotel, Allensford, Northumberland (near Consett), is the glorious venue that will host this fashionable feast.

Throughout the afternoon the FREE Christmas Fayre will see 30+ local companies selling their home made and ethical products; including new fashion, vintage clothes, food, bags, jewellery, and beauty products.

At 6pm, the clothes drop off for the Swap party will open; bring as many clean clothes in great condition as possible, and they will be included in the event.

At 7.30pm, the catwalk featuring local models will spring into life featuring many local designers and there will be the opportunity to bid for clothes that have been seen on the catwalk.

At 8.30pm the huge clothes swapping party will begin – swap your old clothes for those new to you!

There will be prize raffles and competitions running throughout the day with all proceeds donated to local charity shops based in Consett.

All clothes that are left over at the end of the night will be donated to local charity shops.
