Organic street wear brand THTC has introduced brand new b-girl style track pants.

The pants are made with HEBA, an innovative women’s charity that works alongside design company Good One.

Good One recycles end of season ‘dead stock’ and turns it in to cutting edge designs. Get on your marks for the knee length track pants, which are made from 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton and come in three base colours - black, grey and sky blue with a variety of coloured trims including candy pinks and refreshing vanillas perfect for the summer. They are available to buy now.

Hemp fibres are thermodynamic, keeping the wearer warm in winter and cool in summer. Using 55% hemp in these new b-girl track pants can save up to 3000 litres of water compared to a conventional cotton alternative.

On the new collection Gav Lawson, CEO and co founder says,

This type of collaboration is the second between THTC and Good One, our customers like it and it emphasises the importance of confronting the throwaway culture within which we live.

‘THTC, unlike many fashion brands, strives to avoid seasonal buying patterns and instead releases new products on a little and often basis. This avoids putting pressure on suppliers, which can lead to pressure on the workers to hit deadlines. Redesigning stock from past seasons avoids the need to discount perfectly good product, whilst providing the workers of HEBA with a decent income.’

For 10 years THTC has boasted a strong and loyal fan base. They introduce original innovative character and design through their tees, such as the cult favourite Evil Mac. They are celebrated for their political voice, which is the ingredient that hooks people into their brand (remember the ‘George Bush & Son Family Butchers’ Tee?) Their no nonsense statements like ‘Tru$$t TV’ and ‘Smoke Bush Not Afghan’ display their ability to take risks.

THTC is a growing company that has made it cool to care, with major underground artists representing them and flying a very loyal flag. Hence, the company has established a unique place in the market and is worn by trendsetters that recognise its unique style.
