It’s not very often that I wish I lived nearer to the big smoke, but when ‘Our Eco Shop’ launches next Monday, I would love to be there.

‘Our Eco Shop’ is a collaboration by UK designers-makers and small green companies. They have banded  together to open a pop-up shop with a great selection of fair trade, ethical, organic and eco-friendly products.

There are so many fabulous eco brands housed under one roof, that I can’t begin to name them all but should you need eco-inspiration your life, pop down to their launch party on 19 November, between 6 and 8pm.

  1. We’re part of the My Eco Shop group – and really thrilled about it. It’s a great innovation and particularly fitting because most of the companies involved are fantastically innovative too. We’d like to think we are too: healthy, wholesome and seriously good. We make organic skincare with herbs from our garden (about to be Soil Association certified) and we source other ingredients as locally as possible. Nothing remotely like SLSs, parabens, or artificial anything, is used – or mineral oils or lanolin. In fact, you could pretty much eat any of our ingredients! And no animal testing either. Our packaging is either glass or aluminium, so full of recycled material and very easy to recycle in turn. So yes, we’re good, good food for your skin… but we smell delicious too. Give Great Elm Physick Garden a go and feel the difference.
