Lalesso is an exclusively summer clothing brand which uses the traditional attire of East African Swahili women, the ‘khanga’ (also know as ‘lesso’) as a trademark to all of its designs.

All garments are made in Kenya by SOKO (which was founded by Lalesso) an eco and ethical production unit aimed at providing jobs, alleviating poverty and increasing the standard of living of those employed within the project.

They also use the works of local artisans within the designs as a means to provide an income and promote their livelihoods.
