Win naturally gluten-free organic pea bread – Ended, winner notified

And a sample box of lots of different naturally gluten free organic breads!

Artisan Bread Organic has put bread back on many of the nation’s tables!

ABO bread is a whole food. All of their products are made with organic ingredients; all flours are freshly milled on a traditional stone mill each day to prevent oxidation, with a separate mill for naturally gluten-free flour.

They use revitalized filtered water, natural leaven and add a small amount of Seagreens seaweed (with an amazing nutritional content) to all breads and calcium from seaweed to the naturally gluten free bread. The bread is ideal for foodies and people with intolerances or special dietary requirements alike. They are labeled to suit:

  • Vegetarian
  • Dairy-free
  • Common wheat-free
  • Naturally gluten-free
  • Salt-free
  • Baker’s yeast-free
  • Blood Group Diet
  • GenoType Diet

They are all made without sugar, baker’s yeast, dairy, eggs and xanthan gum. The bread lasts for 3-21 days (and can also be froze) and is made from nine different grains and legumes: spelt, rye, wheat, soya, quinoa, rice, buckwheat, pea and linseed.

ABO have teamed up with Daisy Green to offer five lucky readers the chance to win: 1 pea bread, 1 Glutini and a pack of bites plus a sample box of all the other ABO naturally gluten free breads available on the day worth £ 16.35. (There is pea, buckwheat, rice, linseed, soya, quinoa and raw cacao)

What does pea bread taste like?

Your taste buds will pick up the savoury Alpine Herbs, ripened closer to the sun than anywhere else in Europe in pollution free mountain air. The sweet flavour of the peas will remind you of a good curry!

Use pea bread in your cooking – for super quick meals!

  1. Serve it warm with a curry for a wheat-free taste sensation.
  2. You must try it toasted with scrambled egg or scrambled tofu!
  3. Cube it and add to a stir-fry.
  4. Fry crispy croutons to add to salads and soups.
  5. Cut into fingers for tasty ‘soldiers’!
