An excellent English sparkling wine showing just how close we can get to Champagne! Light golden with a creamy toasty mousse. Good weight to the Pinot Noir fruit and the maturation on lees has given the wine a lovely biscuity character very similar to Champagne. Ethical Superstore, £15.50
