Back by popular demand after the launch back in June, Jo Wood’s pop up restaurant ‘Mrs Paisley’s Lashings’ is popping up again at her house in December.

Jo has been a supporter and campaigner for environmental issues for many years now, and felt that this would be a great platform for her to highlight the importance of us all eating in a more eco-conscious, healthy and sustainable way.

All the produce has been grown in her garden or locally sourced, it will be organic where possible, and of course seasonal and absolutely delicious. Jo wants to demonstrate that a wonderful dinner could and should be environmentally produced, and the luxury of going out for dinner can also be sustainable and glamorous at the same time.

In the kitchen Jo has teamed up with the UK’s leading eco chef, Arthur Potts Dawson who has developed a beautiful seasonal menu to whet any organic appetite.

This season sees Jo raising money for her new Mrs Paisley’s Gardens in Schools scheme launching across the UK, which aims to encourage children to grow their own and learn about how their food is produced, so funds from every dinner will be ploughed straight back into the earth.

The restaurant will be open for dinner for 10 nights only between 1 and 12 December and once again set in the boutique style restaurant Jo created in the grounds of her beautiful home, Holmwood, which backs onto Richmond Park. The restaurant will be open from 7pm – 11pm each night, and will cater exclusively for 30 covers per night. A three course tasting menu will be served for £100 per head including a seasonal cocktail upon arrival.
